All Aboard! LEAP sets sail soon.

As Miami locals, some of our best moments are watching the Cruise Ships set sail at the strike of Happy Hour Eastern Standard Time. No matter the time of year, the palm trees sway in the wind and everyone is waving and happy land-wise and cruise-wise. All is good in the world.

Wow, those were the days.

We are pleased to share those days are coming back soon. Without revealing too much information here, LEAP is privy to real-time data that the old days are about to return. Albeit a bit of a hybrid of the days in the past but they are coming.

They are scrutinising services and costs and the environment is quite competitive for not only Talent and Recruiting firms but for the Candidates as well.

Security, Governance Risk and Compliance workers step to the front of the line. Tracking Apps, Smart Rings and other IoT Devices are currently in “test” mode for health tracking. Some devices have additional features such as payments and checking your email all whilst cruising! Who knew?

Certified Agile professionals with up to date Certifications will be hired first as the Cruise Lines set an extraordinarily strong tone for formal disciplines to be followed in the Software Development Lifecycle.

A return to the office?

Miami is holding its breath as most likely “setting sail” means the vaccine has arrived and face time in the office is open once again. Job seekers need to be prepared to report into the offices as the two actions run in tandem. Sailing = On Site Reporting
